Our client, a premier solar company based in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled O&M;Manager with over 5 years of experience to join their innovative team. Position: Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 5+ years Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations and optimize procedures to maximize energy production. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. • Conduct regular inspections and manage corrective maintenance. • Perform commissioning of new solar installations. • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. • Lead and mentor a team of technicians and staff. • Monitor performance using data-driven insights and generate reports. • Prepare and manage O&M;budgets. • Coordinate with various departments for seamless operations. • Stay updated on industry trends and implement improvements.
