Exciting opportunity ahead! Our company, Asico Real Estate LLC, is currently hiring for the position of Leasing and Property Manager. Asico Real Estate is a well-known property management company located in Dubai. As a part of Al Suwaidi Group since the 1980 s, our 100% locally-owned and controlled company prides itself on acting in the landlord’s best interest. Our ultimate goal is to ensure the maximum return on investment for property owners. Additionally, we offer tailor-made property management services in all areas of Dubai, including rental litigations and dispute resolutions. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Leasing and Property Manager. The Leasing and Property Manager is responsible for all leasing activities, including marketing, leasing, and renewals; ensuring property occupancy targets are met; managing rents and arrears; overseeing maintenance; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; and handling all other aspects of day-to-day property management. Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in leasing and property management • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field • Proven track record of exceeding occupancy targets and maximizing property revenue • Extensive knowledge of the Dubai market and rental laws is a must • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software • English and Arabic language skills required; additional languages a plus • Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) certification is preferred APPLY HERE https://gulfcareerhunt.com/leasing-and-property-manager-dubai-uae/
