We are seeking for a talented and experienced Store Managers to join our team. Job Detail: Location: Abu Dhabi Experience: 3 - 5 years About the Role: As our Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success of our Abu Dhabi location. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, overseeing daily operations, and driving sales growth. You’ll also be instrumental in creating a positive and engaging work environment for your team. Responsibilities: • Motivate and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure work environment. • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability. • Build strong relationships with customers and the local community. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for your team. Qualifications: • 35 years of experience in retail management. • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and profitability. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Proficient in inventory management and cash handling procedures. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
