Accounting and Tax Manager

One of their clients, a leading accounting, audit, and advisory firm is seeking to hire an Accounting and Tax Manager to join their office in Dubai, UAE Job Description • As a Senior Manager, you will be heading Audit, Bookkeeping and Tax services with a dedicated team of 45 members. • You will play a pivotal role in growing the Firm by identifying new prospects. • This role will encompass managing the complete relationship with the firm’s clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, top-tier client service. • Will be directly reporting to the firm’s Partners. Key Responsibilities • Bookkeeping and Financial Management • Oversee and manage all bookkeeping clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. • Review of bookkeeping processes, consolidations (where applicable), and financial statements • Using and reporting from cloud accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) • Investigating and addressing queries related to complex accounting issues • Develop bespoke management reports with the use of third party applications such as Fathom, to provide in-depth analysis of clients’ businesses • Enhance service delivery by leveraging technology to improve processes where applicable (Should be aware about accounting automation apps such as Dext, Pemo, Plutocard) • Responsible for maintaining processes related to service delivery APPLY HERE https://gulfcareerhunt.com/accounting-and-tax-manager-dubai-uae/
