Digital Group is looking for a talented Front-End Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building the ‘client-side’ of a web applications. You should be able to translate a company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications. Responsibilities: User Interface (UI) Design: Create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces for websites and web applications.Collaborate with design teams to translate visual and UX design wireframes into code. Web Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.Implement and maintain front-end functionality, ensuring a seamless and interactive user experience. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure consistent and optimal performance across various browsers and devices.Conduct testing and debugging to address compatibility issues. Responsive Design: Develop websites that are responsive and adaptable to different screen sizes and devices.Implement mobile-first design principles for enhanced user experience. Collaboration with Back-End Developers: Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side functionality.Collaborate on API design and data integration. Code Optimization: Optimize code for performance and scalability.Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in front-end development. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of front-end components to identify and address bugs and issues.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure a high-quality end product. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for front-end code, components, and processes.Ensure documentation is up to date with code changes and improvements. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role.Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).Strong knowledge of responsive design principles.Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
