Job DescriptionActively engage with existing and potential clients to understand their investment needs, provide personalized advice, and build long-term relationships. Maintain a deep understanding of the foreign exchange market, trading platforms, investment products, and industry regulations to effectively communicate and educate clients about the company’s offerings. Generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve individual and team sales targets through effective relationship building, negotiation, and sales strategies. Stay informed about market trends, economic events, and geopolitical factors that impact currency markets to provide timely and accurate market insights to clients. Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information. Participate in industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand networks, represent the company, and promote its brand. BenefitsBasic Salary + Commission Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role within the foreign exchange industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of financial markets, foreign exchange trading platforms, and investment products. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and meet deadlines in a competitive sales environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
