Job Description: As an Analytical Instrumentation Technical Sales Officer at Leptis Libya Tech Ltd., you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of analytical instruments and solutions, including atomic absorption spectrometers, gas chromatographs (GC), and liquid chromatographs (LC), to customers across various industries. This role will begin with a comprehensive 3-month training program to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the position. Key Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our analytical instrumentation products, including atomic absorption spectrometers, GC systems, and LC systems, along with their applications in various industries.Customer Engagement: Identify and reach out to potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions using atomic absorption, GC, and LC equipment.Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies for atomic absorption, GC, and LC equipment to meet and exceed sales targets.Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, including instrument troubleshooting and assisting with application-specific inquiries related to atomic absorption, GC, and LC systems.Applications Expertise: Develop expertise in the diverse applications of atomic absorption, GC, and LC equipment, including but not limited to environmental analysis, food and beverage testing, pharmaceutical research, and material analysis.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics related to atomic absorption, GC, and LC technology, providing insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research related to atomic absorption, GC, and LC systems.Training: Continuously update your product knowledge and technical skills for atomic absorption, GC, and LC systems through training programs and self-study.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences for atomic absorption, GC, and LC equipment.Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with atomic absorption, GC, and LC solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Engineering).Strong interest in analytical instrumentation, particularly in atomic absorption, GC, and LC equipment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Strong problem-solving abilities.Willingness to travel for customer visits as needed.Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
