Job SummaryAs a Team Member, you will assist the Manager and other Team Members in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will create the Pinkberry Experience for our customers by modeling Pinkberry’s guiding principles and acting following Pinkberry’s operating standards.A summary of essential job functions includes the following. (Other duties may be assigned by management): • Delivers one-of-a-kind Pinkberry experience by acting with a “customer comes first” attitude and connecting with the customer. • Takes, prepares and executes orders to Pinkberry standards. • Serves customers efficiently with the Company’s standard of quality, sanitation, and consistency in mind at all times. • Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues. • Follows Pinkberry operational policies and procedures. • Uses proper food rotation using the FIFO (first in/first out) method. • Follow proper labeling and handling procedures. • Ensures fruit is cut to Company standards with the least amount of waste possible. • Food preparations • Maintains proper stock levels with direction from the management team. • Maintains a clean and organized workspace. • Equipment, smallware, and store cleaning. • Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. • Cross-trains Team Members, as necessary. • Contributes to a positive team environment. • Handles cash and maintains accurate draws and deposits. Follows internal cash handling policy. • Maintains store security and a safe working environment for employees and customers. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Ability to learn quickly. • High functioning and adaptable • Effective oral communication skills. • Knowledge of the retail environment. • Ability to work as part of a team. • Capable of generating an energetic friendly environment and providing an enjoyable experience. • Ability to act with a “customer comes first” attitude and deliver customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations. • Embody Pinkberry’s “Culture of Yes”. Minimum requirements:• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a food service establishment. • Minimum 6 months of back-of-the-house restaurant food preparation skills. • Flexible working hours. • Available nights and weekends, as needed. • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
