AlSahl Holding Group is looking for a Senior HR Specialist Tasks & Responsibilities: Review job applications and conduct technical interviews to screen the talent.Review and filter applications from potential candidatesRecruit employeesOnboard new employees and conduct orientations.Overview of the employee activities and performance from time to timeManaging Employee Relations.Arrange store visits.Work for the betterment of the workspace environmentProvide detailed reviews of employee performance.Help seniors with the employee increments programs.Regularly update the employee work records.Assist and collaborate with HR teams for the effective talent acquisition process.Process and review full-cycle payroll while ensuring consistent communication and obtaining necessary approvals from the HR Director.Ensure the integrity of payroll data and record/update employee information.Researches and resolves questions for managers, supervisors, and employees as they relate to the processing of payroll.Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including but not limited to, headcount and turnover reports to Finance.Maintain personnel and payroll records as set forth in records retention schedules.Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.Assess training effectiveness to ensure the incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees’ work behavior.Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes. Qualification & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, business administration, or other relevant fields.4 years of proven experience as an entry-level HR recruiter.4 years of experience as an HR specialist or a junior role.Complete familiarity with HR processes and programs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good organizational skills.Ability to work in a challenging workspace.Great attention-to-detail.Complete understanding of HR digital tools To apply please submit your CV to:
