We are currently seeking a highly qualified Indian national to join our finance team as a Senior Accountant in the real estate/property management sector.
Requirements:
• Indian nationality only
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting for property or facility management
• Proficiency in:
• Rent collection
• Service charge allocation
• Tenant follow-ups
• Financial reporting
• Experience using property management software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management
• Experience with Omani corporate tax and VAT compliance is a plus
• English proficiency at a working level is required
