Job Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in computers and laptops.
• Perform maintenance and repairs including part replacements, formatting, and OS installation.
• Install operating systems, drivers, and basic software.
• Set up basic networks and connect printers.
• Provide technical support in the workshop and on-site when needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in computer and laptop repair.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and essential software.
• Good communication skills and customer service attitude.
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
