Job Summary: We are hiring a Logistics & Collection Coordinator to independently handle goods delivery and customer payment collections. The role requires strong Excel skills, responsibility for sending customer statements, performing reconciliations, and maintaining accurate delivery records. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Arabic is a strong plus. A valid Oman driving license is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and arrange delivery of goods from warehouse or arrival point to customers. • Track shipments and maintain accurate delivery logs using Microsoft Excel. • Send customer statements and perform reconciliation with delivery records. • Arrange transport based on delivery urgency and volume. • Collect payments from customers and follow up on outstanding dues. • Submit weekly reports on collections and delivery reports to line manager. • Manage petty cash and maintain proper documentation. • Handle customer returns and coordinate return to suppliers. • Support sales team and maintain high customer satisfaction. • Make direct deliveries or organize transport based on urgency and volume
