About the Role: Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for finance and trading? We’re seeking a results-driven Lead Conversion Agent to join our growing sales team. You’ll be responsible for converting qualified leads into active, first-time depositors by engaging prospects, explaining our value proposition, and guiding them through the onboarding process. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in sales, FX/CFD, fintech, or financial services who thrive in fast-paced environments. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Proactively engage with inbound leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat. • Convert demo accounts and non-depositing leads into first-time depositors (FTDs). • Understand client needs and communicate the benefits of our trading platforms, instruments, and services. • Educate prospects on account types, funding methods, platform features, and market access. • Meet or exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets. • Use CRM systems to track lead interactions, update records, and follow up efficiently. • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and feedback. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, promotions, and company updates. ⸻ Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or customer acquisition—ideally in FX, CFD, or fintech. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities. • Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French) are a plus. • Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4, MT5) and online financial products preferred. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure. • Comfortable with CRM tools and lead tracking systems. ⸻ What We Offer: • Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions • Full training and onboarding support • Growth opportunities within a global fintech company • Dynamic, multicultural work environment • Access to cutting-edge tools and trading education ⸻ Ready to help traders take their first step?
