We are hiring a professional and presentable Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have their own valid visa and a polished, attractive appearance suitable for client-facing roles. You will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, while representing our brand with professionalism and confidence. Key Responsibilities: • Assist clients with property transactions (buying, selling, leasing). • Conduct property tours, open houses, and client meetings. • Provide expert advice on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements. • Negotiate deals and manage the sales process from start to finish. • Create marketing materials and list properties online and through other channels. • Develop and maintain a strong client network. • Stay updated on local property laws and market trends. Requirements: • Must have a valid visa (own visa sponsorship). • Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance. • Previous experience in real estate (preferred but not mandatory). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. • Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, listing websites). Preferred Qualifications: • Valid real estate license (depending on region). • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). • Driving license and access to own vehicle (optional but advantageous).
