Channel Sales executive (HORECA) - Bakeer مسقط

Job Purpose: To manage and grow the sales performance of the HORECA channel, build strong relationships with key accounts, and ensure the achievement of sales targets for food and beverage products across hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the HORECA channel. Identify new business opportunities and penetrate untapped HORECA segments. Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct regular visits to customers to monitor product performance and service levels. Market Intelligence: Gather market and customer insights to inform product development and sales strategies. Monitor competitor activities and propose proactive actions. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. Track and analyze sales KPIs and team performance regularly. Promotion Management: Coordinate with marketing teams to execute brand activations, sampling, and promotional activities tailored to the HORECA sector. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–2 years of proven experience in F&B sales, particularly within the HORECA sector. Experience in managing a sales team is preferred. Strong network and relationships within the HORECA market. Skills and Competencies: Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. In-depth knowledge of the HORECA sector and F&B industry trends. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong analytical, reporting, and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools. Fluent in Arabic and English. Please send your CV to [email protected]
