The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding collections and ensuring compliance with debt collection practices. *Key Responsibilities:* - Contact debtors for collection via phone, email, or letter - Negotiate payment plans and settlements - Maintain accurate records of communications and agreements - Follow up on unpaid accounts and prioritize collections - Report progress and recovery status to management - Provide professional customer support regarding outstanding debts - Handle disputes or queries efficiently - Update and manage account statuses regularly *Requirements:* - Previous experience in debt collection - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Knowledge of accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills *To Apply:* Please send your CV and cover letter to [email protected].
