Roles Pre-Sales & Post Sales **•tPreparing quotation based on the lead time and availability of the items •tCustomer Communication and conversion of leads to business •tInform clients of unforeseen delays or problems•tPost-delivery customer support Internal: ***•tCoordinate with internal sales team by managing schedules, filing the documents•tEnsure the sufficient stock of the products based on the movements •tHandle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness•tMonitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements•tAssist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and events 2 Years of relevant / related experience preferred Preferred FemaleHusband / Spouse visa is an added advantage.
