Job Description: We are looking for a someone who is customer-oriented and dynamic to work as a waiter/waitress on our team. As a vital member of our restaurant team, it will be your duty to guarantee that every customer has a wonderful dining experience. As an outstanding customer service provider, offering food and beverages, and taking orders will be your main responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Be amiable and professional when greeting and seating visitors. - Display menus and accurately take orders from patrons. - Send orders to the kitchen and make sure that food and drinks are delivered on schedule. - Ensure that food and beverages are served in compliance with corporate policies. - Check in with visitors to make sure they're satisfied and to handle any issues or unique requests. - To boost sales, upsell menu items and advertise discounts. Requirements: - While not necessary, prior experience in a comparable position is preferred. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. - Capacity to multitask and function well in a hectic setting. - Strong focus on details and a cheerful outlook. - The capacity to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings when necessary.
