Maintenance Manager

Job descriptionnnPrepare maintenance plan to optimize long term equipment reliability. nMonitor and analyze shut down activities and schedule critical works ensuring the execution. nEnsure compliance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations during the performance of plant maintenance activities. nEnsure the availability of required spare parts and manage their consumption in adherence to the approved budget. nMonitor equipment performance and develop corrective action plans to reverse any deviation against agreed standards. nPrepare periodic analysis reports regarding the machinery’s performance. nJob qualifications:nnBachelor’s Degree in Electrical power EngineeringnFrom 10 – 15 years of experience in Industrial field (Electrical Maintenance of Production lines )nWork Experience in PLC’s ( Siemens & Schneider )nWork Experience in Classic Control, Analog and Digital SensorsnKnowledge of Industrial Network ( PROFIBUS, MODBUS, ETHERNET )nWork Experience in SCADA , Motor’s Inverters , AC , DC and Servo Motors , Electrical Maintenance for Transformers and Medium Circuit breakers. nExperience in advanced pneumatic and hydraulic systems
