Accountant, Data Entry and PRO Executive

Job Title: Accountant cum Data Entry cum PRO Executive (Lebanese Restaurant) Location: Dubai, UAE We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team at a well-established Lebanese restaurant as an Accountant, Data Entry and PRO Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, be proficient in data entry, and possess excellent knowledge of UAE's Public Relations Officer (PRO) responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounting and bookkeeping tasks for the restaurant2. Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards3. Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases with precision and efficiency4. Handle PRO duties, such as processing visas, work permits, and other legal documents, and coordinating with government agencies5. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth business operations6. Provide administrative support, including filing, document management, and scheduling appointments7. Prepare financial reports and analysis as required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications4. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations5. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written6. Must have valid UAE driving license and own vehicle7. Working knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and other PRO-related matters8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail9.
