Position: Sales Representative Al-Radwan Dental Supplies Jordan-Amman About Us: Al-Radwan Dental Supplies specializes in providing top-quality dental products and solutions to dental professionals across the region. We have a full range of orthodontic needs and disinfectant products for all health sector requirements. Position Overview: We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as a Sales Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting our range of dental products and building strong relationships with dental professionals. Requirements: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific or related field. Transportation: Must own a car and possess a valid driver's license. A transportation fee of 150 Jordanian Dinars (JDS) will be provided monthly. Experience: At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the dental industry. Compensation: Salary: A base salary of 300 Jordanian Dinars (JDS) per month. Commission: In addition to the base salary, a commission of 5% will be provided based on sales performance and achieving sales targets. Benefits: Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities. Health insurance coverage and inclusion in the company's health care program after the 3-month trial period. Eligibility for social security benefits after the 3-month trial period. Annual leave: 14 days of vacation leave, which includes 7 days of casual and sick leave days. These are divided throughout the year after the 3-month trial period. Work Hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Thursday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Friday: Off Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, orthodontists, and dental hygienists. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the dental market to achieve revenue targets. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for dental professionals. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
