Ladies Salon Manager

Proven experience in salon or spa management, with a strong understanding of beauty and wellness services.* Oversee salon operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory management, and daily procedures.* Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.* Knowledge of salon software and scheduling systems is a plus.* Familiarity with the Dubai beauty and wellness industry is an advantage.* Manage salon budgets and expenses effectively.* Work on building and retaining a loyal customer base.* Organizing and executing content photo/video shoots* Managing social media in line with the content plan.* Drive and upsell/cross sell* Customer care and complaints * Searching for required staff through recruitment websites, agencies, social media* Interviewing staff Language:* Russian (Preferred)* English (Required)* Arabic (Preferred) *Basic salary with sales commission**Joining immediately*Please WhatsApp your CV for an immediate urgent hire on 0522066614
