Job Title: Junior IT Systems Engineer Company Name: eTravel for online tourism services Location: Tripoli – Naser St. Job Type: Full-time (Saturday to Thursday) (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) Job Description: As a Junior IT Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. You will collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the implementation of new technologies. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, escalating issues when necessary.Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system-related issues promptly.Collaborate with the IT team on projects involving system upgrades, migrations, and integrations, ensuring timely and successful completion.Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure optimal functionality.Contribute to the development and implementation of IT security measures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Basic understanding of IT security principles.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Server+).
