redacted addressWe are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-out Estimator with EXPERTISE IN PRICING for the quotes. Candidates must be capable of handling the complete BOQ as per the drawings, cost estimation, budgeting, managing the tendering process, ensuring quality assurance, and handling documentation, among other responsibilities etc. Female work visa shall be provided for the female candidates. Salary: QAR 3000.00 per monthDesired Skills & ExperienceQualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor & Estimator, ideally within the interior decoration or construction industry. Proficiency in estimation software, MS Office, AutoCAD and relevant technical tools. In-depth knowledge of local construction regulations and specifications. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
