Senior Accountant We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant preferred with real estate, or construction experience To join our team. Some of the key responsibilities: 1. Checking the supportive document with supplier invoice like purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt not. 2. Checking and post the supplier invoice entries. 3. Checking the account payable aging and compare with the trial balance. 4. Checking and post the supplier payments. 5. Checking and booking the site re-imbursements. 6. Checking the sub-contractor payment certificates and post it. 7. Prepare all the prepaid and accruals entries. 8. Checking the customer invoices, payments and matching with the customer contractors. 9. Support the CFO for preparing the project cost statement. 10. Support the CFO for projection cash flow. 11. Prepare all the bank reconciliations. The successful candidate should be:  At least 5 years’ experience in real estate or construction.  Bilingual  ERP – Preferred Zoho, FOX or e – promise system.
