Job Location: Dubai, UAE Job Responsibilities: • Assist the Head of Cleaning Services in managing and supervising the cleaning staff. • Management of the time and attendance system, including verification of all data and time sheets • Ensure work is carried out in accordance with health, hygiene and safety procedures • Ensure service level agreements are met • Maintain records relevant to the department: training records; staff attendance; maintenance repairs and servicing • Actively involved in the delivery of training, monitoring of work performance and welfare matters.
