Position: Outdoor Salesman Location: Bahrain Experience: Minimum 5 years in Bahrain market and cold store sales Job Summary: We're hiring a driven Outdoor Salesman with 5+ years of Bahrain market and cold store sales experience. You'll be responsible for generating orders, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring timely deliveries. Responsibilities: - Utilize deep Bahrain market and cold store knowledge to identify prospects. - Actively seek new clients through cold calls, networking, and visits. - Maintain strong relationships for repeat business and satisfaction. - Present, promote, and sell products using persuasive techniques. - Create compelling presentations showcasing product benefits. - Negotiate terms and agreements for mutually beneficial outcomes. - Collaborate to achieve company sales targets. - Monitor competitors and market trends. - Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback. - Ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery. - Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Exceed individual and team sales quotas. Qualifications and Skills: - 5+ years as Outdoor Salesman in Bahrain, cold store sales preferred. - Familiarity with Bahrain market dynamics and cold store operations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Ability to work independently and within a team. - Strong customer focus and persuasive abilities. - Valid driver's license and clean record. - Proficient in digital communication tools and devices. - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
