2. Preparation ofTender Documents, BOQs, Estimates and Budgets.
3. Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and site measurements.
4. Project cost monitoring and control.
5. Review the scope ofworks along with contract terms and conditions.
6. Prepares Bill ofmaterials / quantity take off/ variations ifany.
7. Ensures timely and accurate invoicing and monitors receivables for project.
8. Thoroughly study drawings and as built for final project account statement and final bill of
_quantities.
