Job Overview We are looking for Sales &Marketing specialist with excellent communication and persuasion abilities to support sales team members , develop sales program and set and meet the KPI’s of the company. Responsibilities •Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives . This includes identifying target markets , analysing customer needs and determining the most effective sales approaches. •Build and maintain a strong , long lasting Relationships with new partners. •Account clients until the first purchase is made. •Control of compliance with commercial conditions by partners including the payment flow •Provide Market and competitive environment analysis. Requirements •Relevant experience Ideally 5 to 6 Years experience in the travel industry and excellent knowledge of the country travels market. •Language knowledge . Fluent in English ,Arabic language as a plus. •Driving License in Oman.
