Carry out quality inspections as per system procedures; follow up implementing corrective actions when needed and monitor the production process to ensure its conformity to system requirements in the highest possible quality. Responsibilities 1. Monitoring production process and ensure its proper control. 2. Daily swab test inspection against detergents residual existence on production lines before production commences, and request re- cleaning if needed. 3. Daily inspection of proper staff clothing according to the procedures and recording results on the related form. 4. Participating in the taste tests and record results on the related form. 5. Control of production forms and ensure proper data recording. 6. Carry out the quality inspections as per the department procedures through production process, record the results using the related forms, and inform the direct supervisor in case of non-conformities and follow up corrective actions implementation. 7. Responsible for inspecting seaming measurements and ensure their conformity to specifications. 8. Control of sterilization logs and ensure products conformity to specifications to deliver them to packaging section. 9. Record keeping and log control of refrigerators. Qualifications Diploma degree in Quality, Management or equivalent. · Good knowledge of English (reading, writing and speaking) and fluency in Arabic. · Time and Priority Management. · Multi-tasking and follow up. · The ability to withstand work pressure. · Accuracy in work. · .
