We are currently in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable farmer to manage and oversee all farming activities on our well-established farm. Responsibilities include: - Overseeing daily farming operations, including planting, irrigation, and harvesting. - Implementing effective farming practices to increase yield and productivity. - Managing farm workers and ensuring they adhere to farming best practices. - Regularly inspecting crops and livestock for signs of disease or illness. - Maintaining farm machinery and ensuring its proper function.
