About the job: Company Description Safety Way Delivery Company is a leading provider of delivery services in Kuwait City. We specialize in providing motorbikes and cars with trained drivers to ensure the best delivery service possible for our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Coordinator at Safety Way Delivery Company. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to HR management, including benefits administration, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Qualifications • Experience in HR management, including benefits administration and employee relations • Knowledge of HR policies and best practices • Write and read in arabic • Must also be able to do government work and mandoob work Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to work well in a diverse team environment • Proficiency in HR software and systems • Experience in the delivery or logistics industry is a plus Working hours: Sunday-Thursday 8-4pm or 9-5pm
