Keep abreast of product updates, enhancements, and new releases. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients as needed. . Ensure alignment in messaging, product positioning, and customer support initiatives. Provide feedback on market demands and customer feedback to inform product development and improvement efforts. . Serve as a primary point of contact for clients post-sale.
