About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Coordinator to join our growing delivery company. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact between drivers, vendors, and management. You’ll ensure deliveries run smoothly, reports are accurate, and communication stays on point. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily delivery operations and driver schedules Track delivery progress and handle any issues that arise on the road Communicate with vendors regarding deliveries, orders, and concerns Collect and organize daily, weekly, and monthly reports Support the hiring, training, and performance monitoring of drivers Work closely with management to improve efficiency and service quality Requirements: Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or operations preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, etc.) Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude Why Work With Us?
