We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Agent to join our team at Mall of Oman. The ideal candidate will be passionate about perfumes, incense, and bukhoor, with strong sales skills to engage and assist customers in selecting the best products. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in selecting premium bukhoor and incense products. • Provide expert advice on fragrance profiles, ingredients, and usage methods. • Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on traditional Omani scents. • Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term relationships. • Handle sales transactions, inventory updates, and stock management. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the brand. • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing. Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in retail sales, preferably in perfumes, oud, or bukhoor. • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and close sales effectively. • Passion for traditional and luxury fragrances. • Fluent in Arabic and English. • Must be Omani national (as per job requirements). • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
