Farrari Laundries is hiring a Call Centre Representative in Kuwait! If you have excellent communication skills and can handle customer inquiries efficiently, we want you on our team. Responsibilities: Answer customer calls and assist with service inquiries, bookings, and complaints. Provide information about our laundry services, pricing, and delivery schedules. Maintain records of customer interactions and update order details. Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth service. Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred). Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus. Basic computer skills to manage customer records. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
