Job Description: Sales Specialist - sales representative We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist with expertise in building materials to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a strong background in sales, particularly in the construction and building materials industry. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base. • Provide expert advice on building materials and recommend suitable products for various construction projects. • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to customer needs. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction sector. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of building materials, their applications, and industry trends. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
