Production Engineer - mohammed مسقط

Location: Factory in Rusayl Industrial City, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our team at our factory in Rusayl Industrial City. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating cutting, winding, forming machines, lathes, and milling machines, and will effectively manage the maintenance team. Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in production and manufacturing. • In-depth knowledge of operating and maintaining cutting, winding, forming machines, lathes, and milling machines. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct the maintenance team. • Ability to work under pressure and efficiently solve problems. • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an additional advantage. Responsibilities: • Supervise production operations and ensure smooth workflow. • Maintain and calibrate machines and equipment to ensure quality and efficiency. • Train and guide the maintenance team and technicians. • Implement quality and safety standards in all production processes. • Provide regular reports to management on production and maintenance performance.
