We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to handle customer inquiries and coordinate with our operations and delivery teams. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English and possess strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer calls and messages in Arabic & English. Coordinate with the operations team and delivery company via messages and emails. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in customer service is a plus. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
