Job Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects Conduct site visits to assess work progress and update cost estimates Provide accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications Monitor project costs, identify any discrepancies, and suggest cost-saving measures Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure project efficiency Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors Assist in the preparation of final accounts and project close-outs We are looking for a Quantity surveyor who have done civil engineering please share the CV to below email UD [email protected]
