Farrari Laundries is looking for a creative and motivated Laundry Digital & Social Media Marketing Coordinator to help boost our brand presence both in-store and online. This exciting role will involve visiting retail locations, creating compelling digital content, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with influencers to grow our brand awareness and customer engagement. Job Responsibilities Visit retail locations and co-ops to capture high-quality photos and videos of Farrari Laundries’ products, displays, and promotions to highlight key features and engage customers. Develop and manage engaging content across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ensuring all content adheres to the Farrari Laundries brand guidelines. Partner with influencers and bloggers in the laundry and home care space to execute impactful campaigns that raise brand awareness and drive customer interest. Monitor and engage with followers on social media, responding to inquiries, managing customer feedback, and fostering an active, engaged online community. Work closely with our e-commerce team to create content that supports online promotions, enhances product visibility, and drives traffic to our website for increased sales. Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and new content formats to keep Farrari Laundries’ online presence fresh and relevant. Candidate Requirements 2-3 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, Moreover, The ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. A creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and digital marketing. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Problem-solving abilities to optimize campaigns and improve engagement. A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
