A highly qualified sales executive is required . Remuneration is attractive depending on the experience, capability and Passion . Roles and Responsibilities : Promote and sell clinic services and products to new and existing clients. Educate potential clients about treatments, procedures, and packages. Follow up with leads, inquiries, and past clients to encourage repeat visits. Customer Service & Client Relations Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and warmly. Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and social media. Provide consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments. Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and referrals. Schedule appointments and coordinate bookings efficiently. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Assist in handling payments, invoices, and financial transactions. Work closely with doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure smooth operations. Monitor stock levels of products and recommend reorders when necessary. Support the clinic’s marketing campaigns by promoting offers and discounts. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of beauty, wellness, or medical services ( Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients efficiently. Professional appearance and a friendly, persuasive attitude.
