Project Sales Manager - asma عمان

Responsibilities • Develop and sales plans to meet individual and team sales targets for projects. • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project managers to specify and recommend suitable building materials. • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring that proposed solutions align with project specifications and requirements. • Highlighting product features, benefits, and project value. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. • Conduct site visits to assess project progress, ensure material compatibility, and provide on-site solutions when needed. • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients to secure contracts while ensuring mutual satisfaction. • Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery and project continuity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in project sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry. Strong understanding of building materials, construction processes, and project management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve client concerns and secure deals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Fluency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
