-Answering customer inquiries regarding products, store policies, and services, providing knowledgeable and helpful responses to enhance satisfaction.
-Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Understand and promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
*Sales and Revenue Generation
Actively engage with customers to promote products, upsell, and cross-sell to meet sales targets.
-Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive customer interest and increase sales conversion rates.
-Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and contribute to overall store revenue growth.
*Product Presentation and Merchandising
-Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are maintained to create an appealing shopping environment.
-Monitor and replenish inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
-Keep up to date with product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
*Team Collaboration
-Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer
Assist in training new sales team members, sharing best practices, and contributing to a positive team culture.
*Store Operations and Compliance:
-Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product areas meet merchandising standards.
-Comply with all safety and security guidelines to protect customers, employees, and company assets.
-Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, processing payments, handling returns, and managing customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
-Assisting in inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock or product discrepancies to management.
-Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.
