Job Description: Multi-Skilled Food & Beverage Maker Position: Food & Beverage Maker (Juice, Smoothie, Coffee, Crepes, Pancakes, Waffles) Reports To: Store Manager/Shift Supervisor Location: [Your Juice Shop Location] Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Maker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality beverages and snacks, including juices, smoothies, coffee, crepes, pancakes, and waffles. This role combines creativity, efficiency, and exceptional customer service to deliver an excellent dining experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities 1. Juice & Smoothie Preparation • Prepare fresh juices and smoothies according to standardized recipes. • Operate and maintain juicing and blending equipment. • Ensure fresh and quality ingredients are used at all times. 2. Coffee Preparation • Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks. • Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently. • Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment. 3. Crepe, Pancake & Waffle Preparation • Mix batters and prepare crepes, pancakes, and waffles to order. • Create visually appealing and delicious presentations with toppings and fillings. • Maintain consistency in taste and quality of all dishes. 4. Customer Service • Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selection. • Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of items. • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally. 5. Cleanliness & Hygiene • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations. • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. • Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, and work surfaces regularly. 6. Inventory & Supplies Management • Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies. • Inform management of low stock or equipment issues promptly. • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries as needed. Requirements • Previous experience in food and beverage preparation. • Knowledge of operating juicers, blenders, coffee machines, and griddles. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. • Strong multitasking and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • A passion for food and beverage innovation.
