About the Role As our Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in creating a vibrant and engaging shopping experience for our customers. This is not just a sales role—it’s about connecting with people, building our brand presence, and helping customers discover the latest in quality electronics. You’ll work closely with a talented team, contribute to promotional strategies, and be the face of Zawya Tech on social media. Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to customers in our showroom. - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase footfall and engagement. - Create and appear in social media content to promote new products, offers, and events. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty. - Analyze customer needs and market trends to recommend improvements to the marketing strategy. - Contribute to the setup and design of our new showroom, making it a welcoming and tech-savvy space for all.
