We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and providing guidance to junior staff members. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. 2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 3. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. 4. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures. 6. Provide audits and tax preparation. 7. Prepare and present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management. 8. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes. 9. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. 10. Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices. 11. Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures to mitigate financial vulnerabilities. 12. Invoices and salaries monthly. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. CPA certification is a plus. 2. Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role. 3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. 4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Attention to detail and accuracy. 9. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 10. Age no more than 40 age 11.
