Full job description• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints.• Communicate with customers via various channels.• Understand company policies and property portfolio to assist clients.• Prepare booking forms and agency agreements.• Assist clients with documentation and contract signing.• Schedule property visits and accompany clients to inspections.• Generate inspection reports and coordinate with relevant departments.• Process orders and keep records of customer interactions.• Develop and maintain client relationships through support and guidance.
