We are a travel agency in Dubai looking a suitable candidate for the role of Ticketing Agent The candidate should: Play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with booking and managing their travel arrangements. Your responsibilities will involve issuing tickets, processing reservations, and ensuring passengers have a seamless travel experience. Responsibilities: Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages Handle payments, refunds, and payment-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with financial procedures. Maintain accurate records of transactions, passenger information, and ticketing-related paperwork in accordance with company policies.
