Looking for experienced accountant in ODOO software - ahmad مسقط

A well known water distribution company is looking for an Accounts Department Manager. Must have experience in Oman. Must have experience with Odoo Accounting system. Position Overview: Lead and manage financial activities as the Accounts Department Manager. Responsible for accurate financial records, compliance, and strategic financial analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and evaluations. - Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and compliance. - Present financial reports to aid decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial insights. - Oversee reconciliations and optimize cash flow. - Enhance accounting procedures and systems. - Coordinate external audits for successful outcomes. - Cultivate a positive, growth-focused team environment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred. - 5+ years in financial management and team leadership. - Proficient in accounting principles, MS Excel, and financial software. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Deadline-driven multitasker with attention to detail. - Knowledge in ODOO software is essential Application: Send resume and cover letter to [email protected] Compensation: Starting salary is 400 OMR per month for 8 working hours, 5 days a week.
